Overview
On the 18th of June, we hosted a Pointman Leadership Training for over 30 teachers and teacher's assistants in Hout Bay.
Despite the cold weather, we still had 35 people who came for the day and wholeheartedly participated in the training. The activities and group discussions were full of eager participation, which made it easy for our team to present with enthusiasm.
We are also excited for the opportunities our new trainers get to present the Pointman curriculum. We are excited about the new perspectives these new trainers are bringing to the table as well as their way forward as presenters for this program.
We trust that these teachers will continue to be leaders of character as they raise up the next generation of leaders in the community.
