Overview of coaching

Coaching focuses on asking powerful questions. We see this is the life of Jesus as he asked his disciples powerful questions that lead to deeper reflection and discovery. We use coaching as a tool in our discipleship relationships to provoke reflection towards the Holy Spirit. We have created coaching communities that provides Community, Coaching, Training and Resources. Leader Mundial ( is our key partner in this endeavor.

“Leader Mundial had effected change in all spheres of my calling was revived, my mind opened to diversity, and I learnt to apply the Gospel in my daily life.”

Since 2010 we have gathered leaders from all over South Africa and other parts of Southern Africa (Malawi and Zimbabwe) . Just like in our regional meetings, this is an extended time (4 days) of intentional community, training, coaching and resource sharing.

A Champion is a key leader that we journey with in order to support them to grow in their impact. These leaders are not necessarily members of JAM but is considered a partner. Coaching takes place through regular phone calls, visits and fellowship at our annual summit.

“To know that I am not alone has given me the driving force and encouragement to continue being a light for Jesus Christ in my community - especially when things get tough. I am truly blessed beyond measure by this partnership. Jesus rightfully says: "I will not leave you as orphans; I will come to you" (John 14:18).”
