Overview
On the 21st of February, we had our first gathering as a Leader Mundial community in Cape Town.
Karlisle led a session on performance vs authenticity, challenging leaders to be who they are with no pretending.
It is also refreshing to learn more and discuss the session in the coaching groups.
We look forward to our next gathering and the growth that will be seen in all the leaders attending this event.
