Overview
On Saturday 10 April we presented the Pointman leadership seminar to a
group of 41 leaders at our JAM base in Mavhusa, Limpopo. These were
Pastors, Elders, Mentors and Youth Leaders from all over the Giyani
Area and even as far as Bushbuckridge (Mpumalanga).
At first we planned on doing two separate seminars - one with the
youth and one with the adults. However, this was not possible and we
therefore decided to combine the two groups.
We presented some of the character qualities by means of activities
and only expected the youth to participate while the adults observe
and give feedback - however, soon the seniors joined their juniors in
these activities! It was wonderful to have the experience of the older
generation and perspectives of the youth leaders present in one
seminar! We have been in contact with some of these leaders and
excited about what God is doing in and through them.
